Mr. Anchovy Does It Again !!

Staggland is the name of the blog and Stagg is my last name. I've heard a song called Stag o Lee a long time ago. Time moves on and I meet a great friend called Mr. Anchovy who teaches me about all of these different versions of the song. I read a book about the song Stag O Lee and the story ended up in the recent time period moving the fable/tale/fact/myth along. One version that is the most haunting to me sings the blues to the jail house guard. Along the tune of- it doesn't matter if I live or die free or imprisoned because the ghost of the one that was killed continues to haunt -all because of a gesture to go for the hat....
